Our Process
From concept to click in five clear steps.
A proven, transparent process keeps your project on time, on budget and on target — with no surprises.
Start a Project →01 · Discover
Research, goals and a documented strategy.
02 · Design
Wireframes, UI and brand direction you sign off on.
03 · Develop
Clean, scalable build with regular check-ins.
04 · Launch
Testing, QA and a smooth go-live.
A process designed to remove surprises
Digital projects go wrong in predictable ways: scope that was never written down, feedback that arrives in fragments, approval that is assumed rather than given, and a launch date that was optimistic from the start. Our process exists to close each of those gaps specifically.
Every stage has a defined output, a named owner and a sign-off gate. You always know what is happening, what is next, and what we need from you.
The six stages
1. Discovery
Stakeholder workshop, competitor teardown, analytics review and user research. Output: a written strategy document covering objectives, audience, scope, success criteria and a dependency list showing what we need from you and when.
2. Strategy and architecture
Sitemap, content model, technical architecture and, where relevant, positioning and messaging. Output: approved structure before anything visual or technical is built.
3. Design
Wireframes first, settling structure and hierarchy while changes are cheap. Then visual design in Arabic and English, refined to a single approved system with a documented component library.
4. Build
Two-week sprints with working output demonstrated at the end of each. Automated testing on business logic, performance budgets enforced in the pipeline, and a staging environment you can review at any time.
5. Launch
Content population, cross-device QA, accessibility and performance verification, analytics and tracking configuration, then a planned go-live with a rollback path.
6. Growth
Post-launch measurement against the success criteria agreed in stage one, followed by iteration, maintenance or marketing depending on what the numbers say.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a typical project take?+
Four to seven weeks for a brochure website, seven to twelve weeks for a corporate site with a CMS, and twelve to twenty-four weeks for apps and custom platforms — assuming content and approvals arrive on schedule.
What do you need from us during the project?+
Content, feedback, approvals and system access on an agreed schedule. We provide a dependency list at kickoff because client-side delay is the largest single cause of overrun.
How are changes to scope handled?+
Documented, quoted and scheduled by agreement before work begins on them. There is a defined process rather than an informal accumulation that surfaces at invoice time.
Will we see progress during the build?+
Yes. Weekly demos of working output plus a staging environment you can review at any time, so you can redirect while redirection is still inexpensive.
What happens at launch?+
Content population, cross-device QA, accessibility and performance verification, analytics configuration, then a planned go-live with a rollback path.
What happens after launch?+
Thirty days of defect support, then measurement against the success criteria agreed in discovery, followed by iteration, maintenance or marketing as the results indicate.
